The opportunity

You will be the first marketing person at Torii, and will own our marketing efforts end to end. This is an opportunity to come in at the ground level at a period of rapid growth for the company, and to have a significant impact on the company’s success and overall trajectory.

What you’ll be doing

The role is a combination of as hands-on execution of Torii’s lead-gen machine as well as crafting Torii’s marketing strategy, budget, and plan. You’ll own the full marketing funnel from ideation to implementation to optimization, identifying and partnering with external agencies and vendors as needed.
You’ll own marketing KPIs with a focus on lead generation across all channels (e.g. online, events, email), and brand awareness + customer research as secondary focus areas.
You’ll collaborate with Product, R&D, and Sales, and develop relationships with customers, industry leaders and partners.

About You

  • 4+ years of marketing experience, including B2B SaaS. Experience marketing to IT professionals a big plus
  • Startup and/or SaaS experience strongly preferred
  • Experience developing, executing and measuring lead generation programs and nurture campaigns for B2B audiences
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to prioritize, delegate, and execute in a team environment
  • Experience working with CRM and marketing automation tools
  • Detail oriented and deadline-driven
  • Ability to maintain consistent pace of marketing activity
  • Team player. You like people, and people like you.
