Torii's onboarding workflow will automatically trigger whenever a new employee is created within your designated HRIS system.
NOTE: You can choose to onboard employees on a fixed schedule or in real-time.
Torii's If/else branch allows you configure different onboarding workflows based on employee's department and/or other defining characteristics.
In this example, employees will automatically be provisioned to commonly used tools within their departments, driving adoption of sanctioned applications while mindfully allocating licenses.
