Torii's application catalog allows employees to request access to your organization's key sanctioned apps. Once a request is submitted, your access request workflow will be triggered.
IT will receive a Salesforce request form via Slack and/or email detailing which employee from the customer success team requested access. From there, IT can simply select "Approve" or "Deny" or provide additional context for their decision, either triggering the rest of the workflow to create a salesforce license or simply messaging the customer success employee informing them that their request was denied.
