Reclaim License Request, Position Based
Torii's license reclamation workflows will automatically trigger based on specified inactivity periods.
For example, you may reclaim a users license after 30 days of inactivity.
Torii's if/else branch allows you to configure different reclamation workflows based on an employee's role and/or seniority level.
In this example, every employee except for those in leadership will automatically have their licenses reclaimed after the specific inactivity period.
Leadership, on the other hand, will be sent a Slack request asking for permission to reclaim their license before triggering the rest of the reclamation workflow.
